CLIENT: Tooronga Vet Hospital

Tooronga Veterinary Hospital, operating 24/7 and facing unique security challenges, sought to enhance the safety of its staff and premises. Integrated Security Services was tasked with designing and implementing a comprehensive electronic security solution tailored to the hospital’s specific needs while adhering to a strict budget.

CLIENT: ISPT - BENDIGO MARKETPLACE

ISS successfully delivered a fully integrated solution spanning Avigilon CCTV, alarm and access control, two-way radio communications, and supporting network infrastructure. The project was delivered as a live site upgrade with zero disruption to retailers, shoppers, or centre operations, combining high-performance video surveillance, resilient access control, Grade A monitored alarms, Motorola two-way radios, and robust CAT6 networking with UPS-backed resilience. This project reflects ISS’s ability to manage complex, multi-system security environments while maintaining operational continuity and delivering outcomes that inspire confidence.

CLIENT: SWINBURNE UNIVERSITY (TB BUILDING)
COMPLETION DATE: 2025
Integrated Security Services delivered a tailored security upgrade for Swinburne University’s TB Building – ProtoLab, focusing on secure, compliant access control within a live teaching and research environment. The project included the installation of an Inner Range Integriti access control system with HID Signo readers, mortice and electromagnetic locks, and full integration with automatic doors and fire systems in line with university standards. Following the initial works, the site was further enhanced with the addition of Avigilon CCTV cameras, providing high-quality video coverage to complement the access control system and strengthen overall situational awareness. The result is a robust, future-ready security solution that supports both safety and seamless daily operation within a high-use university facility

SITE: RIVERSIDE GOLF & SPORTS CENTRE

This project involved a comprehensive upgrade of the CCTV system, including dozens of new Hanwha cameras, new wireless backhaul links to remote buildings and an NX Witness VMS.
With enhanced surveillance coverage and an intuitive user interface. The upgraded system is designed to meet the current and future security needs of the Riverside Golf and Sports Centre while minimising operational disruptions during the transition.

Scania Australia’s Head Office recently underwent a full electronic security upgrade, replacing its legacy analogue CCTV and Tecom Challenger systems. Integrated Security Services delivered a site-wide solution featuring high-performance Hanwha Vision cameras managed through NX Witness for streamlined video surveillance.
The outdated access control and alarm system was also replaced with a modern Inner Range Integriti platform, enhancing security while maintaining full operational continuity for staff throughout the upgrade. The result is a cohesive, future-ready system designed for long-term reliability and performance.

Integrated Security Services recently completed a major security upgrade at Showgrounds Village Shopping Centre, delivering an integrated CCTV, access control, alarm and network solution designed for reliability and future growth. Works included migration to Hanwha Wisenet WAVE CCTV platform with high-resolution and ANPR cameras, alongside a modernised Inner Range Integriti access control and alarm system. All systems were supported by a certified CAT6 network upgrade and commissioned through a seamless cutover, providing centre management with improved visibility, control and confidence across the precinct
CLIENT: 500 COLLINS ST, MELBOURNE

Kador Properties’ landmark building at 500 Collins Street has undergone a major CCTV system upgrade, enhancing both security and operational efficiency across the site.
ISS delivered a turnkey solution, replacing all legacy analogue and digital cameras with high-resolution IP models, installing over 60 cameras in total, including new additions to eliminate blind spots. A new video management system was deployed.
The system now features people-counting analytics, motion and alarm-triggered recording, and is fully integrated with the site’s Inner Range Integriti access control system. Infrastructure upgrades included a new comms rack in the Fire Control Room, certified cabling, and fire-rated penetrations. The result is a future-ready surveillance platform tailored to meet the evolving security needs of this premium commercial asset.

The Dyson Group’s Shepparton depot, now the largest regional bus facility in Victoria, highlights Dysons’ dedication to providing advanced services and infrastructure for regional communities.
Integrated Security Services played a key role by supplying and installing the state-of-the-art Inner Range Integriti access control system, including long-range vehicle readers to streamline operations and ensure efficient bus flow. In addition, the depot is secured with the cutting-edge NX Witness surveillance system, featuring high-performance Hanwha cameras and AI-driven monitoring capabilities for enhanced safety and security.

BUILDER: CAPABUILD - STAGE 1

Stage 1 of Victoria University’s Health and Innovation Precinct sets a new benchmark for modern educational and research facilities.
Integrated Security Services partnered with Capabuild to deliver a tailored electronic security system, including the design and installation of an Avigilon CCTV network integrated with the campus-wide Inner Range Integriti platform. Key areas were secured with high-resolution cameras and motion-triggered recording, backed by a dedicated infrastructure built for future scalability. Close coordination with Capabuild ensured smooth delivery, giving the university a reliable, future-ready security foundation.

With a combination of the new Holiday Inn Werribee, high-end restaurants and almost 4,000 square metres of office, retail and hospitality spaces, Integrated Security Services recently completed the security fitout at this prestigious property. By utilising the Avigilon Enterprise CCTV system and Stentofon IP Intercoms, Integrated Security Services provided Victoria University with an integrated safety solution across multiple campus’. The system allows for automatic PTZ control and alarm popup allowing the control room operators to efficiently respond to security events.

Since 2010 the Victoria University Sunbury campus has been essentially closed as a result of low student numbers. Due to increasing ongoing costs, the University, Integrated Security Service and CSD worked together to design, implement and commission additional security surveillance that would provide early warning intruder detection.
Using the Axxon Next CCTV platform the site now utilises smart analytics to detect movement and “track & trace” intruders automatically, presenting the security control room with live video feeds of the corresponding cameras. Coupled with physical security improvement to the site, the heritage site has now been preserved for the future.
